Unexpected room quality issues

The room was cozy enough for a family getaway, and the location was prime—just a stroll away from key malls. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome.

I was disappointed with the initial room's state. it lacked cleanliness and had a musty odor. The breakfast was underwhelming with very limited options, especially for children.

Time to invest in better towels and bedding!!! Room cleanliness could use improvement, especially around the sofa. the charges for late checkout seem unreasonable for just an hour extension!!!

helpful staff

It was just a suitable option for a weekend respite in Johor Bahru with value for price. The staff was helpful when I needed someone to tune the TV channel after it stopped working, making it a little more enjoyable.

helpful staff

super spacious family room! everything was clean and comfy, and i really liked the big bath tub. breakfast was simple but fit for us, and the aircon was cold! also, loved that we had hot & cold water right out side the lift lobby. staff were super helpful with our parking, which is a plus.
